Nomination Requirements
  • Vested in Utah community for 10 years or more.
  • Physical office located in Utah with a full time support staff.
  • Membership with UAHU.
  • Quality review and approval of medical or dental plans
  • Must not advertise with the intent to sell insurance products directly to Utah residents bypassing the value of Utah located state licensed insurance professionals whom are members of UAHU and adhere to code of ethics.
